Your order is manufactured by O-Vision B.V. and dispatched directly from the optical workshop
to you. The average delivery time is 14 working days within the Netherlands.

At O-Vision B.V., you can always count on free delivery of your order.

Return policy

1. When ordering from O-Vision B.V., a 14-day consideration period applies following delivery, unless expressly excluded by O-Vision B.V. The customer has the right to return the delivered goods subject to the following conditions:
   (i) the goods must not be damaged. The original packaging must be included;
   (ii) the goods must be in a condition suitable for resale by O-Vision B.V.;
   (iii) once O-Vision B.V. has received the returned goods, the order will be cancelled. Any amount already paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer’s account used for the original payment within 30 days of cancellation.
   (iv) Cancellation of orders must be made in writing to O-Vision B.V. via info@o-vision.nl
   

1. goods ordered for business projects;
2. Bespoke items. Such specially ordered and/or bespoke goods cannot be returned.
